Terms of Use

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Vzen and related services provided by TAIZEN AI LLC. By creating an account or using Vzen, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and any rights you may have in outputs. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Vzen.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or relying on it. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output created for others, and we do not guarantee that output is unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vzen to violate law or another person's rights; create abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or illegal material; distribute malware; evade safety controls; interfere with the service; scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of it; or misrepresent AI content in a manner likely to cause harm.
Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use eligible Vzen features. They are not money, have no cash value, and may be subject to plan or expiration rules disclosed at purchase.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the store's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. Subscription prices and benefits are shown before purchase. Unless canceled through your app-store account, a subscription may renew automatically. Deleting Vzen does not itself cancel an app-store subscription.
Service changes and termination
We may modify features, usage limits, or availability as the service evolves. You may stop using Vzen or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vzen is provided "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TAIZEN AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
