Privacy Policy

Account information. We process identifiers such as your user ID, email address, display name, profile details, and sign-in provider information when you create or use an account.

Content and projects. We process prompts, uploaded images, generated images and videos, project settings, and related metadata so Vzen can create and display your work. Creative content is stored primarily in Vzen's private app storage on your device; temporary server copies are used during generation and delivery as described below.

Usage and transaction records. We process feature activity, credit balances and history, subscription status, product identifiers, purchase receipts or transaction identifiers, and operational logs. Apple or Google processes your payment details; we do not receive your full card number.

Technical and support information. We may process IP address, device and app information, error and security logs, and information you send when contacting support.

Features that analyze or generate from your photos require Vzen to send the selected photos, reduced reference images, and relevant prompts to the AI providers identified in the app. Vzen asks for your permission before this transfer begins. If you do not agree, you can cancel and your selected photos will not be uploaded for that request.

AI providers use this information to perform the visual planning, image generation, or video generation you request. Their processing and retention practices are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We use information to provide authentication, generate and store media, operate credits and subscriptions, synchronize purchases, respond to support requests, secure and troubleshoot the service, comply with law, and improve reliability and user experience.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Prompts, selected source images, storyboard frames, and completed videos are saved in Vzen's private app storage on your device. The Vzen backend keeps working copies in its private database and cloud storage only while generation and secure download require them. After Vzen confirms that all generated content is safely stored on your device, the backend deletes referenced cloud objects and removes creative text and media references from the project record. An automatic cleanup provides a 24-hour fallback if the app is closed or cannot send that confirmation.

Account, purchase, credit, security, compact usage, and non-content project status records may be retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records. AI providers may retain request data according to their own terms.

You can initiate permanent account deletion in Vzen under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your Vzen profile, projects, generated media, credit records, and purchase-service customer record. We may retain limited, de-identified transaction or security records where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Deleting your Vzen account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; manage cancellation through Apple or Google before deletion if you want to stop renewal.
